The featured videos below are informational regarding Kangen electrolyzed water, a 20 minute cardio kickboxing workout and demonstrations of various strength training exercises by myself and former clients, Greg and Jessica.  Remember to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water (preferably Kangen water) per day to keep your body alkaline, hydrated, and in optimal health.  Also include strength and resistance training in your workout regimen at least three days a week, in addition to at least three cardio workouts per week, to help increase overall strength, toning of your muscles, and increase your body's ability to burn fat and calories.
